From One Temple to Another

Earlier that day, a lovely lady from the market shared her beauty tips and covered both girls faces with a white chalky substance used to guard against the sun, soothe the skin, and enhance beauty. What could be better than that?

There are over 2,000 temples in Bagan covering about 16 square miles on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwady in central Myanmar (Burma). The temples are constructed in a variety of different shapes and sizes, in various stages of preservation and disrepair.
