Nyla's Dessert

After dinner at a restaurant on a rooftop with a 360 degree view, it's time to check out what the local bakery in Quito has to offer for "postre" (dessert). Audrey chooses a beautiful cookie that later stains her mouth, teeth, tongue and all in a vibrant florescent blue. (We are unable to obtain authorization to blog that picture.)

First Night in Quito

Well, we have safely arrived in Quito. The flight came in around 3 pm to gorgeous light on the surrounding hillsides and fields. In this photo, the sun has just set and Quito comes alive in the evening light.

Off To Ecuador!
